I took a quick look and there doesn't seem to be nothing new compared to earlier versions, just updated. I have done it many times before with previous versions and they can't or haven't tracked me.
If I get time I will take a look at this, because unlike others here I will run it on a live system to see what it will do. I don't know what they have on this disk now, but previous versions didn't have anything special and most of it was software that anyone could get and put together a similar disk.
